be able to move files to a new folder based on tag info/the first parts of the filename

At present I can only rename the foler which selected files are in, which is only really useful if albums are already separated into folders.
What I'd like to be able to do is have the program run down a list of e.g. 300 mp3 files, creating folders for albums where e.g. the album and artist occur together in file tags more than n times, and move the corresponding files to these new folders. This would save a huge amount of time, particularly since TagTuner isn't set up to work with folders containing thousands of files.
